My short play "Lester's List" premiered last night as part of Short & Sweet Singapore 2007 (Top 20).
“Lester's List” Written by Yak Aik-Wee. Directed by Sazali Othman. Starring Jerry Hoh, Umi Kalthum, Gloria Tan and Gilbert Yap The joke goes, “If you want to make God laugh, tell him your plans.” In Lester’s case, the results aren’t quite so funny.
I will be making another debut soon in April, this time as a playwright. A short play I wrote entitled "Lester's List" was shortlisted for Short & Sweet (Singapore 2007), a 10-minute play festival. Finally, most of the content has been restored, and some new stuff has been added to the gallery.
Last night, after I installed an update to Flash player 9, my old flash-based website began working again. It had stopped working after I installed the last update, which prompted me to create this new website. While most of the content remains much the same, the layout and design of it is very different from this current one. For one, the design is more colourful, organic and interactice. But you do need to install or update to the latest flash player 9 to view it, if you haven't done that yet.
I've put it up again. Here's another reason why you should look at it; the Music Gallery on this new site is not yet ready, which means you can't listen to my music here; but it is up on the old website, and you can listen to my music there. Do have look at it. Remember to turn on your speakers before you click on the link... It's here...
